Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects by defining scope, milestones, resourcing needs, and success criteria.
  • •Translate business and product requirements into structured project plans for technical and vendor teams to execute.
  • •Build and maintain delivery plans, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and budget against agreed targets.
  • •Ensure consistent delivery approach and documentation, and apply standard project governance practices across streams.
  • •Coordinate delivery involving external AI vendors and technology partners, including procurement governance and regulatory change-control documentation when AI affects app functionalities under EU MDR and FDA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or digital projects, including cross-functional coordination with external vendors.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust across diverse markets and cultures.
  • •Ability to build AI project risks (data quality/availability, model validation/testing, human-in-the-loop review) into delivery plans.
  • •Comfort using project/collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence and a familiarity with CRM and tracking tools.
