Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual budget preparation, consolidate inputs across functions, challenge assumptions, and present planning outputs to regional and global stakeholders.
  • •Lead forecasting cycles (Flash, Next Month Forecast, Mid-Month Forecast, and quarterly rolling forecasts) and drive weekly forecasting updates with appropriate action plans.
  • •Conduct performance controlling including variance and margin analysis, track country/cluster performance vs. budget and forecasts, and support GM/station managers with decision-making insights.
  • •Drive cost optimization and profitability management by analyzing cost drivers, improving margin performance and operational efficiency, ensuring timely billing and controlling revenue leakage.
  • •Ensure governance and compliance (IFRS reporting, policies, internal controls, month-end closing), manage collections/credit, payables, and internal/external audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • •10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a controlling or FP&A leadership role.
  • •Strong understanding of logistics, courier operations, or supply chain finance (preferred).
  • •Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills and deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control methodologies.
