Job Summary

Support Payoneer’s global procurement team in a hands-on temporary role (6–8 months). Manage purchase requests and purchase orders through the P2P system (Zip), act as a primary contact for procurement guidance, and handle vendor onboarding and supplier relationships. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure purchases and contracts meet company requirements, while reporting and analyzing purchasing data to optimize procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage incoming purchase requests and purchase orders through the P2P system (Zip) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance, training, and support on procurement processes and systems.
•Review vendor requests, facilitate vendor onboarding, and manage supplier relationships.
•Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure contracts and purchases meet company requirements.
•Generate reports, analyze purchasing data to identify trends, and handle day-to-day procurement inquiries and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience as a buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in a global high-tech company.
•Hands-on experience with P2P systems; Zip experience is a significant advantage.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
•Fluent, high-level English (written and verbal) is a must.
