Key Responsibilities

•Greet and assist customers, providing furniture and design consultation as needed.
•Build rapport with customers and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
•Maintain visual merchandising (displays, layouts, and design) aligned with the store’s aesthetic.
•Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep to Cozey standards.
•Familiarize with products, participate in training, create draft orders, and handle customer follow-ups.
