Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence Product Strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize critical design problems and integrate user-centric solutions into the roadmap.
  • •Translate deep qualitative and quantitative user research into high-level product decisions and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Drive next-gen UX by contributing to design strategy, including experiences involving Generative AI and conversational design.
  • •Deliver full-stack design by spanning user research, interaction design systems, and pixel-perfect visual execution.
  • •Communicate and justify design rationale through exceptional narrative and storytelling to secure cross-functional buy-in; mentor the design team.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive experience designing enterprise-grade or large-scale consumer B2B SaaS applications.
  • •At least 2 years in a dedicated team lead or strategic capacity.
  • •Proficiency in modern collaborative design and whiteboarding tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
  • •Strong command of product and design metrics to measure UX effectiveness and validate design iterations.
