Job Summary

Own mid-range capacity and inventory planning for an assigned group of Amcor North America plants. Collaborate across plants, customer service, demand planning, and operations planning to build rolling 0–12 week production plans (90 days) that meet demand while accounting for downtime, new assets, and holiday closures. Administer replenishment programs, manage finished/semi-finished/raw inventories, analyze constraints and aged inventory, and drive continuous improvement to optimize service levels and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with internal teams to develop rolling 0–12 week (90 days) production plans that meet customer demand while accounting for downtime events, new assets, holiday closures, and staffing/production rate changes.
•Administer replenishment programs and set production plans for the assigned time horizon.
•Manage inventory programs by analyzing inventory, production, and forecasted demand across finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.
•Analyze and resolve capacity constraints by providing data, recommendations, and action plans to key stakeholders and supporting plant-to-plant issue resolution.
•Maintain capacity plans with assigned plant resources, sequence operations during crossovers, and lead supply chain process/best-practice improvement suggestions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field plus 4–6 years of relevant experience (or 10+ years equivalent).
•4–6 years of relevant experience in supply planning/capacity and inventory programs.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and present recommendations to stakeholders.
•Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; APICS or similar certification preferred.
