Sr. Training Consultant

Lead strategic consulting engagements with state/local government and other public-sector clients to translate organizational goals into workforce development plans, identify skills gaps, and design training roadmaps. Collaborate with Esri’s Business Development team to close capability gaps, drive adoption of ArcGIS solutions, and communicate value to executives while growing opportunities within existing accounts.
