Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual and seasonal planning processes across Marketing and Merchandising in Europe.
  • •Drive the Go-to-Market process in Europe across Merchandising, Marketing, and Key Account/Sales; ensure readiness and alignment for milestones, seasonal launches, and commercial initiatives.
  • •Translate global strategies and objectives into regional execution plans, operational frameworks, and integrated planning processes.
  • •Establish and continuously improve planning processes, governance models, tools, and ways of working; oversee data governance, system integrity, and operational excellence.
  • •Manage planning and operations budgets, performance reporting, and business controlling activities; develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making; lead a planning and operations team across Europe.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience (10+ years) in Planning, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing Operations, Commercial Planning, or related business functions.
  • •Proven track record managing complex cross-functional planning and operational processes in an international matrix organization.
  • •Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • •Advanced knowledge of planning systems, reporting tools, ERP environments, and business analytics.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different functions and organizational levels; professional proficiency in English.
