Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research, development, and optimization of composite materials, metals, surface treatments, paints, sealants, and elastomeric technologies.
  • •Develop and manage technical specifications and qualifications for materials and processes for military aircraft and related products.
  • •Advise design, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and quality departments on material-related queries and concessions.
  • •Represent the Materials & Process Department in project meetings, MFTs, and task groups; lead development of process specifications and technical notes under ADS SAU control.
  • •Define test plans for R&T, design, and development of new technologies and materials, including conducting failure analysis for assigned scope.

Key Requirements
