Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single source of truth for fleet configuration, ensuring no aircraft flies outside its approved configuration.
  • •Maintain and verify compliance across Part 107 test and Part 135 inventory, including registration, airworthiness status, maintenance logs, and lifecycle tracking.
  • •Keep accurate software, hardware, and firmware configuration records and ensure traceability to known configurations for test results.
  • •Maintain OpSpecs and general maintenance manual, along with FAA-required maintenance, training, and flight-log records; represent configuration accuracy during FAA audits.
  • •Dispatch aircraft by verifying maintenance status, track real-time location/availability, and coordinate configuration changes and test installs across engineering and maintenance control.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in fleet coordination, dispatch, maintenance control, or Part 135 operations support in an aviation or UAS environment.
  • •Working knowledge of Part 135 operational requirements, including OpSpecs and airworthiness release, plus FAA recordkeeping expectations.
  • •Strong attention to detail in maintaining configuration and compliance records across a large, changing fleet.
  • •Comfort serving as a point of contact during FAA audits and representing configuration record accuracy.
