Job Summary

Be the face of nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. Collect bagged trash from residents using assigned totes/carts, track time and check-ins with the Butler Plus field app, and safely transport waste to onsite dumpsters/compactors. Support additional property services as needed (porter service, bulk hauling, pet station waste, pressure washing, and light cleanliness). Work evenings Sunday–Thursday, independently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
•Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using assigned totes or carts.
•Use the Butler Plus field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in onsite dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms.
•Provide additional services as needed at assigned communities (e.g., porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light cleanliness tasks).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
•Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance.
•Lift up to 25 lbs., climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
•Be able to work independently with self-motivation and reliability.
•Have a cell phone (smart phone) to download and use the company’s app.
