•Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members to maintain high-performing teams.
•Ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and execution of visual directives and guidelines.
•Support in-store events and local outreach to enhance the customer journey.

Travel: Low travel

•Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to team and customers.
•Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
