Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical execution anchor to deliver seamless programmatic and traditional supply integrations.
  • •Architect technical best practices to ensure successful implementation across the platform.
  • •Scale resolution of supply solutions case tickets through high-ownership technical troubleshooting and escalation when needed.
  • •Provide technical assistance to account managers and clients to enable flawless troubleshooting and support.
  • •Use deep analytical insights from internal and external tools to optimize supply activity and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven technical background delivering successful tech products and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • •Strong web technologies knowledge including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • •Experience with integrations using REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB protocols, and Postman.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and fluent English with the ability to drive problems to resolution.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar discipline (nice to have).
