Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting customer relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; drive revenue with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory processing, merchandising, and transaction handling.
