Job Summary

Join the RUN Team to support customers after go-live by managing technical customer relationships for the maintenance of Ivalua applications. Own enhancements, upgrades, and application performance tuning activities. You’ll be trained and certified on the Ivalua Buyer (SaaS Source-to-Pay) platform, configuring solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL, debugging issues, collaborating with R&D, and contributing to peer code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage customer relationships by gathering business requirements and assessing impact on implemented solutions.
•Advise customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management.
•Configure and customize the Ivalua Buyer solution using Ivalua technical frameworks (C# .NET and SQL).
•Reverse engineer and debug to resolve issues across all phases of the implementation cycle.
•Coordinate with R&D, manage deliveries, address technical operational issues, and contribute to peer code review.

Key Requirements

•Maximum 1 year of software development experience, primarily in C#, .NET and SQL Server.
•Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
•Comfortable focusing on configuration solutions rather than new coding and development on call requirements.
•Completion of Ivalua certification process to learn the product (Buyer).
•BE/BTech or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; procurement domain is a plus.
