Job Summary

Teach across the Primary English National Curriculum for KS2 students, organizing resources and classroom displays to support Mamoura British Academy’s learning priorities. Drive student attainment and progress using Learning Ladders, provide feedback to parents at conferences, and manage behavior through the school’s TRACK Values. Key Responsibilities

•Teach all areas of the Primary English National Curriculum for KS2 and deliver innovative lessons that demonstrate effective use of technology.
•Organize the classroom and learning resources, create displays, and support the development of the school’s USP.
•Provide support and interventions for students with EAL or additional learning needs and coordinate with relevant specialists when required.
•Manage assessment and recording of pupil development using Learning Ladders and provide regular progress feedback to parents and carers at conferences and meetings.
•Follow the behaviour management policy, promote TRACK Values, log safeguarding/behaviour concerns in CPOMS, and contribute to curriculum action groups, school events, and weekly ECA activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Education, or a related subject with PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification.
•Teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.
•Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum across the primary age ability range with proven success.
•Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and remain resilient.
•Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD), with experience in more than one international school desirable.
