Mechanical Engineer (Starship Components Manufacturing)

Design and optimize the factory and production processes for Starship/Super Heavy flow-control devices and mechanisms, including valves, regulators, and flap/fin actuators. Collaborate with engineers, internal machine shops, and external vendors to improve manufacturability, simplify production flow, and implement automation and flight-like acceptance testing. Support component-level proof/leak and functional checkouts, investigate production yield issues, and drive workmanship-quality improvements to meet demanding reliability goals.
