Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (SAP PS) workstreams across transformation programs, owning Project-to-Cash (P2C) and Project Costing & Controlling delivery end to end. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for project structures, cost planning, settlements, and revenue recognition while aligning with S/4HANA finance (Universal Journal). Coordinate cross-module integration (FI/CO/MM/SD/PM/HR), manage testing and cutover, and provide go-live/hypercare support with governance and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP PS workstreams in S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
•Own end-to-end delivery of Project-to-Cash (P2C) and Project Costing & Controlling processes.
•Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for project structures, cost planning/budgeting, settlements, results analysis, and revenue recognition with integration to S/4HANA finance (Universal Journal).
•Lead Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops, manage ECC to S/4 simplifications and functional impacts, and support remediation for PS-related custom code (RICEFW).
•Lead unit testing/SIT/UAT and defect management, own cutover planning, and provide go-live/hypercare support while adhering to SAP Activate methodology, reviewing designs/configurations, and mentoring PS consultants.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
•At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PS Lead role.
•Strong understanding of project-based accounting and controlling, including PS–FI/CO integration and results analysis/settlement.
•Deep knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and PS integration topics; RAR integration experience is a plus.
•Proven experience leading PS delivery in large SAP programs with strong stakeholder management and communication.
