Key Responsibilities

•Process and re-assign titles for vehicle sold by auction.
•Examine vehicle title for accuracy and conformity to specified requirements. Verify acceptance of the title in the state for which it is filed. Confirm accuracy and report any discrepancies.
•Resolve Title issues through interactions with customers or accounts.
•Run 30-day outstanding title report for consignment vehicles sold without titles and contact sellers to obtain title.
•Perform other duties such as processing sale day transactions using the AS400 and provide customer service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.22 - 27.36 hourly
