Job Summary

Lead and manage EHS programs for the Miamisburg manufacturing site, serving as the site EHS subject matter expert and strategic partner to plant leadership. Develop, implement, and continuously improve site EHS systems aligned to ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and corporate standards. Own regulatory compliance across OSHA and EPA requirements, lead incident root-cause investigations and CAPA, and supervise a team of EHS professionals to drive a proactive Zero Harm culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive EHS safety culture through visible engagement, accountability, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
•Implement and continuously improve site EHS systems aligned with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and corporate standards.
•Serve as primary liaison and SME for OSHA, EPA, Ohio EPA, and fire code requirements, including hazardous waste and stormwater obligations.
•Lead root-cause investigations for injuries and near-misses, manage CAPA, and reduce recordable incidents using data-driven indicators.
•Directly supervise and develop EHS professionals and the Site Security Supervisor, and deliver Life Saving Rule-aligned training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required (Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering preferred).
•7+ years of progressive EHS leadership in a manufacturing environment.
•Mastery of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), EPA/environmental compliance, and Workers’ Compensation.
•Preferred certifications: CSP, ASP, CIH, or CHMM.
•Experience leading complex injury investigations and CAPA, and delivering training to large groups.
