•Provide makeup, waxing, and other services in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu while educating and empowering clients.
•Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and health/safety protocols.
•Foster inclusiveness and teamwork by supporting an open, welcoming culture.
•Follow company policies to help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 22.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
•1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
•Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
