•Lead initiatives within Elasticsearch to deliver an industry-leading search engine with speed and relevance.
•Build new search features and fix bugs while improving code clarity and maintainability.
•Invent or implement algorithms and data structures, sometimes working close to OS and hardware.
•Work with a globally distributed engineering team focused on Elasticsearch vector search.
•Be an expert in search relevance by identifying and driving improvements based on intuition and investigation.
