Junior Operations Analyst

Support the Ebury Operations team by verifying and processing client payments, handling payment beneficiaries, and responding to client questions across email, phone, and chat. Own end-to-end tasks including transaction reporting file creation, reconciliation of client funds and FX settlements, investigation of unallocated or non-received funds, and coordinating manual funding when needed. Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues quickly while meeting quality standards and SLAs in a hybrid Leon office role.
