Job Summary

Provide first-line client support for Addepar’s Trading, Order Management System (OMS), and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) products. Triage and resolve client questions and issue reports, investigate data and calculation discrepancies in complex datasets, and partner with Engineering and Data for root-cause analysis. Deliver functional and conceptual guidance to help clients maximize the platform while coordinating with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
•Provide hands-on support and instruction to help clients use Addepar effectively.
•Investigate complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
•Evaluate issue criticality and collaborate across the organization to resolve problems.
•Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams and coordinate with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain client satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
•Familiarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
•Proficiency in math with strong analytical skills.
•Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
