Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate Thailand immigration processes for expatriate employees, new hires, relocations, and assignments into Thailand.
  • •Deliver immigration services accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with regulations and agreed service levels.
  • •Advise and support employees and stakeholders on immigration requirements, processes, and timelines, ensuring clear information throughout the visa and work permit journey.
  • •Proactively manage issues and escalations by involving the right stakeholders to ensure timely, effective resolution.
  • •Interpret immigration regulations and internal policies to recommend compliant solutions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • •Excellent command of English and Thai for professional communication with Thailand government authorities and global embassies.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in Thailand immigration, with experience in a BOI-registered company strongly preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail with a high standard of compliance and documentation quality.
  • •Proven problem-solving skills to interpret policies and guidelines and determine practical, compliant solutions.
