Lead electrical equipment maintenance across the site, ensuring daily upkeep, equipment reliability, and availability to meet business demand. Manage electrical maintenance teams and third-party contractors, oversee safety programs and work permits, and use engineering ERP processes to control job orders and track breakdown history, modifications, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day upkeep of electrical equipment and plan spares implementation within quality, cost, time, delivery, and safety standards.
•Ensure equipment availability and reliability to meet business demand and deliver internal customer satisfaction.
•Oversee safe working behavior of the maintenance team and contractors, including safety engagement programs, safety checks, and work permits.
•Prepare engineering budgets, control repair and maintenance costs, and manage inventory planning and electrical spares procurement and usage.
•Adhere to statutory compliance and global engineering policy, maintain maintenance records, and ensure engineering ERP/ERL processes are followed with accurate data and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

•B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
•At least 5 years of experience in a relevant sector.
•Ability to handle crisis and emergencies.
•Up-to-date with the latest technology.
•Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning/coordination, and team-building skills.
