Job Summary

Support new capital projects from concept to completion, with a focus on large-scale end-of-line automation across multiple plants. Develop detailed scope for system solutions with corporate and plant teams, lead project management through system delivery, and provide electrical/mechanical installation support and technical expertise during launches. Drive continuous improvement work, create training instructions and SOPs, train production/maintenance teams, and participate in post-project reviews while adhering to safety, company, industry, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and apply safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
•Work with corporate and plant teams to develop detailed scope of work for system solutions.
•Lead project management from scope development through system delivery.
•Provide electrical/mechanical installation support and technical expertise during new project launches.
•Create training instructions/SOPs, train production and maintenance on new equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives including post project reviews.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree in a technical field (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.

•Prior project management experience, including ability to manage project scope and identify/act on risks.
•Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills; organized and detail-oriented, with prior ISO compliance experience.
•Ability to implement design modifications by organizing and leading multi-disciplinary teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
