Job Summary

Join a Capco team working on agile consulting projects for capital markets clients. Explore capital markets technology from a technical perspective and support migration and development of interfaces and/or reports—covering analysis, design, implementation, and testing. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership and contribute to internal initiatives. Work within a collaborative environment in Czech Republic with flexibility to work remotely from home.

•Work with experienced colleagues on agile consulting projects in the capital markets environment.
•Explore capital markets technology and understand how recent financial software functions across major institutions.

•Gradually take on more responsibility for your areas as you gain ownership on projects.
•Contribute to internal initiatives and implement ideas beyond project work.

•Interest in capital markets and initial practical experience in consulting or IT/transformation projects in financial services.
