Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate new sellers for TikTok Shop.
•Own a category (Home & Living, Electronics, or FMCG) including mapping the category landscape and setting development priorities with partners.
•Build category/sub-category roadmap and plan/execute/maintain category performance.
•Identify potential partners, create onboarding solutions, and set mid- and long-term account plans to help partners grow sustainably.
•Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to support partner content and run initiatives like campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, or new seller/user acquisition.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with logical thinking.
•Customer-service orientation with experience in a client-facing capacity.
•Fluent in English and German to communicate with German stakeholders.
•Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video preferred).
