Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor the micro blend operation to assure product quality.
  • •Test finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup according to PCNA procedures.
  • •Monitor production lines for beverage quality and calibrate lab/equipment as needed.
  • •Perform microbiology work (collecting, plating, reading, and recording results).
  • •Review daily records for accuracy, train new technicians, and coordinate with QC Supervisor/QC Manager; also manage lab inventory and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or equivalent or three (3) years of quality control experience.
  • •Basic math and computer skills.
  • •Background in chemistry and a laboratory environment preferred.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills, with good organizational skills.
  • •Ability to think analytically, follow established procedures, and work in a fast-paced environment.
