Senior Quantity Surveyor

Own end-to-end quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects, providing strategic cost management, contract administration, and financial oversight. Lead and mentor quantity surveyors, deliver detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, valuations, and variation/claims support, and produce regular reporting to senior management and clients. Conduct risk assessment, manage procurement and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and Abu Dhabi building codes while driving cost optimization and value engineering.
