Job Summary

Join our MOT team to design and manage Maintenance of Traffic for highway projects across the southern US. Roles include MOT Engineers at junior, mid, and senior levels and MOT CAD Designers. You'll work on design packages for highway improvements using Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads, developing cross sections, traffic control plans, detour routes, and related MOT elements on alternative delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver MOT engineering and design work for highway projects across southern US
•Develop design packages for highway improvements including Cross Sections, Traffic Control Plans, Detour Routes
•Collaborate on Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects and contribute to project delivery
•Use Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads to produce MOT design documents and drawings
•Support junior engineers and CAD designers in preparing MOT aspects (traffic management, signing, markings)

•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; Master’s degree in engineering
