Build genuine customer relationships and guide shoppers to the right vehicle at CarMax. As a Sales Consultant Trainee, you’ll help customers find vehicles using CarMax inventory, walk them through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, and provide clear, honest information. You’ll complete accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with team members to meet store goals, and maintain a clean, customer-first work environment while leveraging paid training and mentorship.
