Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and take responsibility for town planning or consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs, etc).
  • •Provide technical advice to clients and support managing consenting requirements to meet client expectations.
  • •Coordinate preparation and submission of consent applications under relevant Town and Country Planning Acts and Planning Act 2008.
  • •Negotiate with statutory bodies and stakeholders on behalf of clients.
  • •Engage with multidisciplinary teams, supporting and supervising others in project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in town planning (or equivalent).
  • •Member of (or eligible for) RTPI.
  • •Experience supporting town planning and consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs, etc).
  • •Ability to coordinate preparation and submission of consent applications under Town and Country Planning Acts, Planning Act 2008 or similar regimes.
  • •Experience negotiating with statutory bodies and stakeholders, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
