Job Summary

Research and develop next-generation AI-native cloud infrastructure for ultra-high performance and elasticity AI workloads. Work across training and inference infrastructure, AI agent infrastructure, intelligent fault localization, storage acceleration, heterogeneous power scheduling, and distributed vector retrieval. Collaborate with academia and open source communities, conduct deep-dive analysis, and publish results in academic papers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop key technologies to optimize the AI infrastructure stack, including training infrastructure, inference infrastructure, and AI agents.
•Collaborate with academia and open source communities on joint development.
•Research and conduct deep-dive analysis on latest technologies from academia or industry.
•Present research and products in academic papers.
•Drive topic-specific research across network and observability, storage systems, data center power scheduling, vector retrieval, and agent architecture.

Key Requirements

•Be completing or have recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
•Have experience in at least one area such as LLM training infrastructure, LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agents and agent infrastructure.
•Demonstrate proactive continuous learning and strong ability to quickly grasp and apply new technologies in AI infrastructure.
•Have good communication and teamwork skills.
•Commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2027 and clearly state availability and graduation date in the resume.
