Key Responsibilities

•Lead data mining using modern tools and programming languages.
•Manage relationships with management and business partners to foster data-driven innovation.
•Lead project teams of data science, IT, and engineering professionals, ensuring insights are communicated and designs/models comply with data requirements.
•Work with development teams and business units to make models scalable and implementable in delivered solutions.
•Develop monitoring metrics for real-world model performance and deliver high-complexity predictive and prescriptive models with visualizations that communicate business value.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 8-10 years of work experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
•Proficiency in programming and data mining using modern tools and languages.
•Experience building predictive and prescriptive models and validating results for data-driven outcomes.
•Strong communication skills to lead cross-organization projects and mentor less experienced staff.
