Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data mining using modern tools and programming languages.
  • •Manage relationships with management and business partners to foster data-driven innovation across projects.
  • •Lead project teams across data science, IT, and engineering; ensure insights are communicated effectively and designs/models meet data compliance.
  • •Collaborate with development teams and business units to ensure models are scalable and implementable in delivered solutions.
  • •Provide guidance, training, and mentoring; develop monitoring metrics and deliver predictive/prescriptive models with success measures and visualizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
  • •Strong programming skills for data exploration, mining, preparation, cleansing, manipulation, modeling, and validation.
  • •Experience leading data science work, including reviewing designs, models, and data compliance.
  • •Knowledge of predictive and prescriptive modeling and delivering scalable models as part of implemented solutions.
