Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and industry partners to gather insights and align objectives for radar products.
  • •Drive radar architecture and product development strategies by evaluating technical tradeoffs, requirements, and opportunities for innovation.
  • •Define product strategy and roadmap with internal and external stakeholders, communicating the how and why behind delivery plans.
  • •Organize and prioritize engineering efforts to bring the product to market, coordinating with functional engineering teams and other product owners.
  • •Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and operational delivery of radar product offerings.

Salary: USD 189,000 - 251,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Chief Engineer, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer for land, maritime, or airborne radars or other RF sensors.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of radar system design.
  • •Deep understanding of state-of-the-art radar technologies and radar for defense missions.
  • •Ability to interpret technical designs and risks, and work effectively with engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Experience with radar or other RF systems from concept to deployment, plus graduate degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software engineering (or equivalent).
