Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for end-to-end testing, programming downloads, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Use software, hand tools, and blueprints/specifications to diagnose and repair units, including control system integration and troubleshooting.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain accountability of company/procured assets, and mentor team members; work overtime and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with HVAC, lighting, and energy management controls, including BAS integration and complex control diagnostics.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations; participation in an on-call rotation.
