  • •Manage creation of MOPs and configurations, and oversee testing and turning up equipment for IP & Voice deployments.
  • •Ensure adherence to budgets, project schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, including review/approval of projects, purchase requisitions, and contractor oversight.
  • •Collaborate with Architecture & Engineering, IP & Voice Ops, and vendors on architectural and configuration changes and improvements.
  • •Monitor group performance against KPIs and represent functional teams to internal and external customers on status of work and deployment readiness.
