Production Supervisor

Oversee production operations across multiple departments and shifts, aligning daily activities with cost, profit, and production goals. Lead and motivate employees, conduct performance evaluations, and coach team members to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Manage department inventory, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and maintain required records while ensuring compliance with UFP policies and established safety standards.
