Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the processing, validation, and review of automated file imports for critical payroll functions, including RSU/ESPP processing and payroll auditing.
  • •Analyze and validate payroll processing results using technology and data-driven controls, identifying anomalies before payroll completion.
  • •Generate and audit RSU and ESPP purchase files using HRIS and payroll data, performing manual adjustments when needed and liaising with the internal Stock team.
  • •Reconcile and audit data flowing between Workday and ADP/Dayforce and reconcile payroll general ledger reports with Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll data and reporting requests, assessing needs, validating data integrity, and providing well-documented analysis.

Key Requirements
