Deputy Manager -Technical Services

Demonstrate construction products to new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Conduct lab testing to meet customer requirements, troubleshoot complaints, and maintain RCA and product application training. Prepare and certify test result summaries, provide technical support to customers and contractors on site, and collaborate with the Sales team on product sampling and presentations. Stay current with market and competitive changes, capture customer feedback, and engage with the authorized applicator base.
