Key Responsibilities

  • •Support definition of business service model scope and governance processes, including SLAs, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting.
  • •Participate in designing EMEA target state business architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model).
  • •Maintain current state business architecture at a sufficient level of detail to inform target state design and roadmap development.
  • •Collaborate with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk to create a holistic target state design across business, technical, and data architecture.
  • •Support service governance forums and ongoing governance activities.
