Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead demand generation and market expansion for emerging and cross-domain solutions in Japan’s automotive and manufacturing industries.
  • •Build executive relationships and secure long-term commitments across corporate IT, production engineering, manufacturing operations, factory automation, cybersecurity, and OT.
  • •Shape complex deals and improve qualified pipeline volume and lead conversion, including development of new consumption models.
  • •Develop ecosystems with machine builders, equipment manufacturers, system integrators, technology partners, and security partners; create joint solutions and reference architectures.
  • •Lead business development for Mythos-related and automotive/industrial cybersecurity requirements and engage industry associations/working groups to influence CISCO roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years (or equivalent).
  • •Deep knowledge and network in Japan’s automotive and manufacturing industries.
  • •Business development or solution selling experience with Japanese automotive companies/manufacturers.
  • •Experience engaging Production Engineering, manufacturing operations, factory automation, cybersecurity, and OT teams.
  • •Ability to translate production requirements into technology solutions and measurable business outcomes.
