Job Summary

Support the design and structuring of new global and UK asset management product development initiatives. Work closely with Heads of Product and stakeholders across Investments, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance to prepare analysis, governance materials, and documentation. Help coordinate the product development lifecycle, maintain fund documentation for governance/audit readiness, and model/challenge financials to support approvals and product reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Heads of Product and investment teams to manage relationships, maintain the initiatives pipeline, and progress product evolution.
•Support the design and redesign of product requirements aligned to HSBC Group standards, regulation, client/sales needs, investment capability, and sustainability expectations.
•Contribute to development across products such as sub-funds, mandates, propositions, and solutions for public markets (active fixed income, equities, multi-asset, liquidity, passive).
•Coordinate internal change delivery and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders through the product development lifecycle.
•Maintain and update fund documentation; support governance for fund changes (approvals, drafting papers, presenting initiatives) and model/challenge financials for senior review.
