Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary People business partner and point of contact for the leadership of the client group.
  • •Advise on organizational planning and development initiatives aligned to HR strategy and key business priorities.
  • •Lead compensation, retention, and mobility initiatives, and coach leaders to drive team results.
  • •Design and lead HR solutions including organizational design, talent management and development, employee engagement, and I&D initiatives.
  • •Manage and resolve employee issues with Employee Relations, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.

  • •12+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent experience (preferred), with experience in global, technology-focused environments.
  • •Experience leading Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and working effectively across levels in a growing global organization.
  • •Proven experience in organizational design, reshaping organizations, senior talent evaluation, and coaching.
  • •Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity while balancing employer and employee advocacy and delivering high client service standards.
