Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • •Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and safety statistics.
  • •Monitor crane, forklift, and other heavy-equipment activities and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and inspections for precast manufacturing activities, machinery, lifting operations, and material handling.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of HSE experience with proven experience in the precast concrete industry.
  • •Good understanding of HSE risks in precast production, lifting operations, heavy equipment, material handling, and concrete operations.
  • •IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is required.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across operations.
