Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out preventive and corrective civil maintenance and repair works for facility building fabric elements.
  • •Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
  • •Perform routine inspections to identify defects and maintenance needs before they impact operations.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • •Maintain records of completed work, monitor material usage, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary School Certificate and/or ITI, Certificate, or Diploma in Civil, Carpentry, Building Maintenance, Electro Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • •1-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Civil Maintenance, or related.
  • •Practical experience in carpentry, aluminum works, glass installation, masonry, painting touch-ups, and gypsum board repairs.
  • •Ability to install and repair doors, windows, frames, partitions, cabinets, and related fixtures.
  • •Good understanding of workplace HSE, quality standards, and basic drawings/measurements/instructions.
