Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework, including continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
  • •Develop the annual audit plan for the operations and/or safeguarding domain, including audit universe, risk assessment, and budgeting processes.
  • •Deliver audits per the audit plan to produce timely, relevant audit outcomes and reports.
  • •Build and support a strong internal audit team, including managing teams and collaborating with internal/external partners.
  • •Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and measure effectiveness of improvements while maintaining key stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5+ years of relevant assurance, risk, or control experience, ideally in operations and/or safeguarding.
  • •Clear working knowledge of safeguarding/CASS, including experience performing external or internal audits in these areas.
  • •Experience performing audits in operations and treasury, and ability to continuously improve audit approaches.
  • •Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and solve problems with limited guidance.
  • •Professional qualification: CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIA/CISA.
