Key Responsibilities

  • •Define standards and processes as part of the Occupational Health management system (eg CMR substances) and drive actions with projects, designers and suppliers.
  • •Report to senior management on progress and effectiveness of occupational health initiatives and compliance.
  • •Follow evolving material legislations (REACH, exposure limits) and assess impact to create execution plans with the Material & Substances competence.
  • •Continuously improve material business rules and embed them in ASML’s processes and IT tools.
  • •Identify gaps toward ISO45001 compliant Occupational Health Management System and establish benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Health Sciences;
  • •More than 3 years working experience as occupational health expert in the industry;
  • •Experience with the preparation and roll-out of occupational health management system in the industry;
  • •Demonstrable experience with the wide range of occupational health topics such as occupation health monitoring of physical and chemical exposures;
  • •Strong project-based working style with business acumen and ability to report progress to senior management
